WASHINGTON – Nearly one in five District taxpayers could get a larger tax refund under a new bill introduced today by Ward 1 D.C. Councilmember Brianne K. Nadeau.
Letter to the City Administrator on the LINE Hotel
Today, Councilmember Nadeau called for an investigation into why the Line Hotel in Adams Morgan has received at least nine consecutive Temporary Certificates of Occupancy and if they are an attempt to extend the official construction period to make the hotel eligible for a $46 million tax abatement.
