Resources

Councilmember Nadeau and her team are ready to help you navigate city agencies and find other resources to assist you. Sometimes you can get the help you need faster by going directly to the source. Below are resources to help you with the most common issues.

One of the District’s most helpful tools is 311 – you can dial 311, submit a service request online, or download the 311 app. If your issue isn’t addressed by 311 or your request hasn’t been resolved, contact our office for assistance.

Two members of the Councilmember’s team are dedicated to helping residents navigate city services: Jerry Clark and Estelle McKinney.

Employees Impacted by Recent Federal Actions

The people of the District of Columbia are strong, resilient and we know how to come together when times are tough. My colleagues and I are working together with our counterparts across D.C. government. The most important work I can do right now is to protect and support  those facing unexpected unemployment, in need of rental and other assistance, and whose rights and status are in danger. Read my message: Standing together, supporting each other.

My team and I have compiled a list of resources specially for federal and other employees impacted by recent federal actions.
